Service Description

Upon purchasing your service you agree to all of the following. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies • All cancellations/rescheduling must occur 24 hours or more prior to your appointment. • All late cancellations/rescheduling will incur a fee of $50. Refund Policy • All sales are final. • Property will be photographed AS IS upon arrival of photographer. • No Refund will be issued due to property being unprepared. • If you decide to rephotograph your property due to unpreparedness, a new service package will need to be purchased. Revisions Package Excluded. Photography Policies • Please allow for a 15 minute arrival window. • Photos are for listing purposes only. • Photos are only available on Dropbox for 30 days. Twilight Photography • You agree that the property will be staged and ready upon arrival. • All exterior/interior lights on, blinds open, interior/exterior fans off, vehicles and all misc items removed. • Turn on all fountains and other water features. • Property will be photographed AS IS upon arrival. Daytime Photography • You agree that the property will be staged and ready upon arrival. Exterior Front • Remove all vehicles, trashcans, lawn signs, waterhoses, sporting goods etc. Exterior Back • Remove all trashcans, waterhoses, sporting goods etc. • Turn on all fountains and other water features. Interior • House will be clean and all personal belongings will be out of sight/organized. • Ceiling fans off, blinds open, remove personal photographs, TVs and computer screens off, all lights, lamps, misc lighting on. • Replace all burnt out light bulbs and remove all bathroom toiletries, towels and mats. SNAPZILLA will not • Stage or move furniture. • Clean, rearrange or touch any personal items. • Photoshop images needing to be revised unless previously discussed for an additional fee. • SNAPZILLA is not responsible for any theft or damages.
